1. Lessons are a commitment for the full academic year. Unless I notify you of a cancelled lesson day, you can assume that lessons will reoccur every week at the same time.
  2. Payment is due the day of the lesson. See the Payment page for more info.
  3. Unexcused absences and cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be billed as a regular lesson. For planned absences (conflicts due to appointments, travel, etc.), contact Emily at least 24 hours in advance to receive an Excused Absence. In the case of sick days, text or email Emily by 7-8am at the latest so that she has time to try and fill the open lesson slot.
  4. Students at the same school are welcome to occasionally swap times with each other to accommodate a conflict.
  5. Students are expected to be prepared for every lesson. Daily practice at home is expected in between lessons.
